Abstract: 'It is in our inner Lover that most of us have been most deeply hurt. And yet we each have a powerful, largely untapped resource that has remained unaffected by all he damage we have experienced in our lives. The instinctual, archetypal Lover is wainting to supply every man and every woman with a joy and fullness of being that are the real goals of every "quest for meaning." The Lover is the quadrant of the human soul that gives the others their reason for being.'
