Abstract: 'Dr. Hall has devised a method for analyzing dreams. It consists of taking a series of dreams from a person and fitting them together as one would a mosaic in order to arrive at a coherent and meaningful picture of the dreamer's personality. Dr. Hall shows how the dreamer often transforms his inner thoughts into symbols. But the dreamer's symbols are his very own, deriving from his own unique personality, and for that reason there is no such thing as a universal set of symbols....'
