If we experience the dream as real while we are dreaming but believe that it is unreal when we awake, this is partly because, as sleeping dreamers, we are not conscious in our dreams and so have no point of view from which to see the wholeness of the reality that surrounds us. The spiritual philosophies of India teach that there are many levels of consciousness and not a single, simple reality....'
