Abstract: 'This is not a book on astrology nor is it a biography. It explores the relationship betseen the Moon Cycles, a Native American teaching, and the life of Carl Gustav Jung. The profound psychological insights of Jung and the equally profound medicine teachings of the Peoples of Turtle Island (North, South, and Central America) have a common root below ground. Indigenous traditions are the complementary, objective twin to the subjectivity of analytical psychology; both honor the worlds of matter and spirit, one extroverted, the other introverted. Both point to the same phenomena and each supplies what the other lacks.' --Introduction
